Chief Donner has worked in university communities his entire career. He is currently Boulder, Colorado’s Fire Chief. He has over 40 year’s fire service experience.
Chief Donner has a B. A. and M.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University. He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program and the Harvard Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. He maintains a CFO designation.
